4-Day Takayama, Shirakawa-go and Kanazawa City Tour
Description

Take a step back in time in one of the beautifully preserved old sites in Japan. You can wander into the same streets, buildings and shops as did samurai, merchants and farmers of the Shogunate period. This tour is recommended for people who would like to visit the historic town of Takayama, historic village of Shirakawa-go and explore the samurai city of Kanazawa at a time. Takayama is known as a "little Kyoto"  with a lovely combination of historic streets, temples and rivers. Shirakawa-go, located in a mountainous region that was cut off from the rest of the world for a long period of time, is famous for the traditional houses called Gassho-zukuri as it is designated as UNESCO World Heritage Sites and reserved stars in the Michelin Guide. And also, there are a lot of places, foods and culture you can't miss in Kanazawa. Your professional guide will escort you to all its amazing sites such as Kenroku-en garden, Kanazawa castle, Nagamachi samurai district and more.
