Purpose of collecting personal information：

 

Personal information obtained from customers will be used for the following purposes:

  1. Offering the cultural experience tours.

  2. Providing tour-related information and offering campaigns or events.

  3. Customer satisfaction surveys and market research.

  5. Operating services and taking temporary backup of stored data for maintenance.

  6. Sending important notices such as changes to our terms and conditions or policies.

  • Information you give us :

We receive and store any information you enter on our website or give us in any other way.  You provide most of this information when you submit the online form or make reservations. The information includes your name, contact email address and/or phone number, the names, ages, and genders of all the tour guests, and details of your accommodation to tailor the tour to your requirements. In addition, copyright on opinions and information posted or mailed by customers belongs to CREA, and may be used by CREA voyage for articles or external media after personally identifiable information has been removed.

In addition, we entrust Square, Inc. and Square Co., Ltd. (Together "Square") to issue invoices to customers and settle accounts.   • Automatic information：

We receive and store your email addresses or phone numbers used when you contact us and the signature information on your emails.

 

Please also note that we use Google Analytics for the purpose of surveying and improving user satisfaction. Using cookies, Google Analytics collects logs without personally identifiable information. Handling of personal information：

 

1. Collecting, using and sharing personal information

  • We conduct the collection of personal information legally and fairly.

  • We use personal information only for achieving the intended purpose. Where it is necessary to use personal information for a purpose other than as originally intended, we will only do so after getting specific permission from the customers.

  • We may provide personal information to third parties such as accommodation facilities or restaurants to achieve the intended purpose.

  • If we need to outsource some part of our business concerning personal information, we will make a contract for the protection of personal information with the contractor and ensure its proper handling, inspection, and implementation.

2. Maintaining and Improving Security for Personal Information

  • We take all proper precautionary measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, leaks, loss, destruction, or falsification and we implement appropriate measures on computers, applications, networks, facilities, and other equipment.

  • We conduct security audits. If a security violation or issue is found, we address it without delay and take preventive action.

3. Managing personal information

  • To protect and properly handle personal information, we have developed a personal information management system and internal security guidelines and conduct training for our employees to comply with them.

  • Our personal information management system supervises and audits compliance with the internal security guidelines to find any violations, accidents, or issues. The management system and guidelines are regularly reviewed by company management and necessary changes to the security measures and internal guidelines are made continuously to improve the management system.

4. Compliance with laws and regulations related to personal information

  • This privacy policy shall be interpreted under Japanese law. We will strictly follow laws, government guidelines, and other regulations regarding personal information.

5. Inquiries or complaints regarding personal information

  • We will respond to inquiries properly and promptly.

  • If a customer requests us to correct, delete, or add personal information, or to stop using our services in person, we will address this request in a reasonable period of time and to a reasonable extent [A1] after proper identification of the requester. However, we will not address all or part of the request where this could result in violation of laws and regulations or in relation to information we are obliged to provide as part of normal business practice (e.g. providing customers' names for hotel bookings).

収集する情報は、次のとおりです。

 

•お客様から提供される情報：

当社はお客様が当サイトに入力された情報、またはその他の方法で提供された情報を受け取り、保管します。このような情報は、お客様が当サイトのお問い合わせフォームに入力される、お名前、Eメールアドレス、電話番号といったお客様と連絡をとるためのものや、予約のためにお聞きするツアー参加者全員のお名前、年齢、性別、宿泊先等の情報があります。また、お客様が本サービス内に投稿、メール等で提供されたご意見や情報に関する著作権の所在は当社にあるものとし、当社は個人を特定できないよう加工して本サービスまたは外部メディア等の記事等に利用することがあります。

なお、当社はお客様への請求書の発行および決済代行をスクウェア・インクおよびスクウェア株式会社（以下「スクウェア」といいます）に委託しています。クレジットカードに関する情報等の取り扱いについては、スクウェアのプライバシーポリシーに基づいて管理されます。スクウェアの利用規約およびプライバシーポリシーに関する説明については、スクウェアのサイトをご覧ください。

 

•自動的に受け取る情報：

お客様からご連絡いただいた際の発信元Eメールアドレスや電話番号、Eメールに記載の署名情報等を保管します。

1. 個人情報の取得、利用及び提供について

 

•適法、かつ、公正な手段によって個人情報を取得いたします。

•利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内で、個人情報を利用いたします。当社は目的外利用の必要が生じた場合は新たな利用目的の再同意を得た上で利用いたします。

•当社は利用目的の達成のために個人情報を宿泊機関、レストラン等第三者に提供することがあります。

•業務を外部委託する場合は、委託業者と個人情報保護に関する契約を締結したうえ、お客様の個人情報が安全に管理されているかの確認を行う等、委託業者に対する必要かつ適切な監督を行います。

 

2. 個人情報の安全対策について

 

•個人情報への不正アクセス、個人情報の漏えい、滅失、毀損および改ざん等のリスクに対しては適切に予防措置を講じ、コンピュータ、アプリケーション、ネットワーク及び施設、設備に適切な対策を実施いたします。

•点検を実施し、発見された違反、事件及び事故に対して、速やかにこれを是正するとともに、弱点に対する予防処置を実施いたします。

3. 個人情報の社内管理について

 

•当社は、個人情報を適切に保護、管理する体制を確立し、個人情報保護に関する社内規定を定め、従業員への教育を実施し、これを順守します。

•当社の個人情報保護管理責任者は、個人情報保護方針達成のため、社内規程遵守状況を監視及び監査し、違反、事件、事故及び弱点の発見に努め、また経営者による見直しを実施いたします。これを管理策及び内部規程に反映し、個人情報保護マネジメントシステムの継続的改善に努めます。

•本規約に関しては、日本国法が適用されるものとします。当社は個人情報の取り扱いに関する法令、国が定める指針、その他規範を順守します。

•お問合せについて、適切かつ速やかに対応いたします。

•お客様ご自身より当社へ個人情報の一部の訂正、削除、追加または本サービスの利用停止、個人情報消去のご請求をいただいた場合は、請求者がご本人であることを確認させていただいた上で、合理的な期間および範囲で対応いたします。ただし、当社の業務の実施に著しい支障を生じる場合、あるいはその他法令に違反することになる場合は、その全部または一部のご請求に応じられないことがございます。
